President's Message
We have some exciting news to tell you about. On August 1, 2020, Endurance FCU will be upgrading its technology platform to better serve you, our valued member.
We will be upgrading much of our back-office operations, making for a more efficient member service experience. Some things you will notice, some you may not. In addition, many of our products and services will have a new look and will be easier to access online, with an emphasis on convenience.
To best prepare for this upgrade, it will be necessary for us to close our Elk City Branch at 5:30 p.m. and to close our Duncan Main Branch and Duncan North Branch at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31; our branches will remain closed until Tuesday, August 4, when we reopen for regular business hours. Share branches will not be available after 5:00 p.m. on July 31. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and assure you that all member services will be fully available to you at the start of business on Tuesday, August 4.
Our top priority is to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for all our members. With that goal in mind, our staff has been working “double-duty” for several months to both prepare for the transition and to continue to serve you on our current system. Comprehensive staff training of the new system is now underway and excitement is building as we can now see, firsthand, all the ways in which we will be able to serve you better!
Thank you for your cooperation during this exciting time at Endurance FCU. Should you have any questions now, or at any point in the transition process, please do not hesitate to contact us at 800.368.2618, or visit the branch nearest you.
Sincerely,
Chris Bower President and CEO
