Technology Upgrade Checklist

We want to help make this technology upgrade transition as easy as possible. We are here to walk you through it every step of the way, before and after the upgrade.

Plan Ahead

Our Elk City Branch will be closed at 5:30 p.m. and our Duncan Main Branch and Duncan North Branch will be closed at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31; all branches will reopen on Tuesday, August 4 for regular business hours (all transactions placed in the night deposit after close of business on Friday will be credited on Tuesday, August 4.).

During this time period, we do not anticipate any downtime to the ATMs, debit card and credit card services.

Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay will all be offline (inaccessible) beginning Friday, July 31, at 6:00 p.m. through Tuesday, August 4.

Online Banking history will not be carried over to the upgraded system, so please download/print any history you may need. eStatement members will be able to retrieve prior statements. You may also call us if you need any history after the upgrade. Also, July dividends will be posted on July Statements, then August and September dividends will post on September statements.

What to Do Next

Beginning Tuesday, August 4, you will need to reenroll in the upgraded Online Banking and sign up for Bill Pay and eStatements via our website or the new app. Instructions are in this newsletter and at endurancefcu.org.

Download the Endurance FCU Mobile Banking app and the Credit Union Shared Branching app from your mobile device and/or tablet.

Stop in any of our branches for assistance on Tuesday, August 4. With a new system, there is the possibility of delays, but we don’t anticipate any. We’ll be smiling—and hope you will be, too!
